Lookup · $10/mo
Hit or no-hit in seconds
A verified shop logs in, pastes first name, last name, and email, and gets a private file. Email is the unique key. The list is never indexed.
cblacklist.com · Private · Merchant to merchant
$10 a month. Paste a name and email. See whether other owners have filed a chargeback, no-show, or dispute claim. Never public. Never a mugshot wall.
Tips are claims, not verdicts, until both parties sit a two-party AI hearing.

How it works
Lookup · $10/mo

Intake · free
Anyone with a shop can submit what happened plus evidence — a processor notice, chargeback letter, or booking log. No photos. No public name pages.
Dispute · required
The named person can see their file and open a hearing. Both parties must join a video call. The AI moderates, then keeps, amends, or drops the record. No human referee.
“We stopped eating $400 catering deposits. Paste the email, see the file, decide in the doorway.”
“Holiday no-shows used to be folklore. Now I know if two other parks already wrote it down.”
“The hearing is the point. A claim without both people on the call is just a claim.”
Customer Blacklist is a merchant-to-merchant utility with subject access. A hit is a set of claims from other owners — not a score, not a secret file, not a reason by itself to refuse someone. The named person can open their file and force a two-party AI hearing. Until that call has run, “fraudulent” is a claim. Do not use this as the sole basis to accept or refuse a customer. Evidence documents are stored privately in Neon — never a public S3 URL.
