No-shows
A no-show is a booked appointment, table, room, or slot that the customer does not use and does not cancel in time for the shop to fill it. The labor and the chair still get paid.
Who this is for
Shops that take reservations or appointments — restaurants, salons, spas, and similar operators. Not guests looking up other guests.
What shops usually do
Keep a book, charge a deposit when they can, and often absorb the empty slot. Some record the miss so another shop can see the pattern before they hold a peak-hour table.
What a private claim file is
A written merchant claim other member shops can see after they sign in and, for lookup, pay membership. The public internet does not get a no-show list.
What we will not do
We will not publish a public name page, photos of people, a risk score, or a guilty finding. We will not email the guest the shop verification code.
How to file
Write down the date, the booking, and what was held. Attach a reservation log or deposit record if you have one. Submit on the claim form. The shop inbox gets the one-time code. Filing is free.

- Is this a public list?
- No. Claim files are private to member shops. There is no public name page and no people-search.
- Is a claim a verdict?
- No. A claim stays a claim until the named person contests it in writing. It is not a guilty finding.
- Who gets the verification code?
- The shop or filer email. The customer or subject email is the lookup key and never gets the code.
- Do you score people?
- No. There is no risk score, star rating, or ranking. A hit is a set of written claims, not a grade.
- Can shops use this for hiring or credit?
- No. Lookup is not offered for employment, credit, insurance, or housing decisions.
- What belongs in a no-show file?
- The booking date and time, party or service size, and whether a deposit was taken. No photos of people.
